  • Your Agreement

  • By completing and submitting this form I am entering into a legally binding contract that I agree to these terms, and agree to abide by these duties.

  • Please tell us the country where you live and work. Anti-racism can mean very different things in different countries. We think it's important that people have at least one fellow-country(wo)man in their accountaibility group.
  • Please Provide a Phone Number where we can reach you, ideally by text, before or during the training, in case of emergency.
  • Institute Admin Team, Faculty, Supervisors, Supervisors in Training, List Moderators and Experiential Assistants are invited to participate in this training for free -the Institute is covering your participation expenses. Other Institute Members are asked to pay a fee that will be passed on in its entirety to Dr. Mosley.
  • Dr. Mosley has found it is helpful to group people into accountability groups in part based on racial identity. This course is not intended for Black people and IPOC participants are ideally grouped together in their accountability groups.
  • Accountaibility groups will meet (online) for 1 hour at the end of each unit - roughly every two weeks from end of October through end of January. Please select as many options for group meeting times as may be possible for you. You and your group will finalize exact meeting times together.
