I specialize in working with adults struggling with complex childhood histories and attachment or relational trauma, anxiety, depression, grief and loss, and those experiencing addiction or are in recovery. I am AEDP Level 1 and EMDR trained and utilize an attachment and interpersonal neurobiology perspective to integrate and inform interventions.
