I am an AEDP Level 1–trained clinician and AEDP Institute Immersion graduate. I work with adults who understand their patterns intellectually but still feel caught in anxiety, overthinking, emotional distance, or persistent self-monitoring.

My approach is active, relational, and attentive to emotional and bodily experience. Together, we notice when explaining a feeling takes us farther from experiencing it. We may slow down, attend to a shift in your voice or a sensation in your body, and explore what becomes possible when you have company in a difficult experience.

I respect the ways you learned to protect yourself. We work collaboratively, at a manageable pace, toward greater emotional flexibility, connection, and choice. My style is warm, direct, and inquisitive, with room for humor, honest disagreement, and correction.

I hold an MSW from Adelphi University and bring a decade of experience across inpatient psychiatry, psychiatric emergency admissions, and academic medical settings. Originally from northern Rhode Island, I now live in Tucson.

I offer LGBTQ+ affirming telehealth psychotherapy for adults physically located in Arizona, Massachusetts, or Rhode Island. Appointments are available on Thursdays only within a strictly limited caseload. Please contact me about openings or the waitlist.
