I work with individuals and couples (ages 18+) both in person and virtually. My approach integrates AEDP, IFS, and Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, allowing me to tailor therapy to each client’s unique needs. I’m especially passionate about supporting people through life transitions, healing attachment trauma, working with the LGBTQ+ community, and addressing intergenerational wounds. In addition to therapy, I offer clinical consultation and lead workshops, with a focus on supporting and resourcing fellow therapists.
