I specialize in helping clients navigate cross-cultural issues, undoing internalized racism, and growing their capacity for self-compassion so that they gain the tools to connect more deeply with their feelings, improve their relationships, and realize their desires. I use holistic and transformative therapies, including AEDP, IFS, DBT, and other mindfulness-based approaches, to develop awareness and balance within the mind, body and spirit.
