My intention is to help you build a bridge to understanding your struggles as part of the greater human experience, and to find a path to hope that includes the knowledge that none of us is damaged beyond repair. My style is warm, authentic, and direct. My goal is to help you build resilience around difficulties and transitions in your life and relationships. When we heal our wounds we change our lives and positively impact those around us. When we stop fighting ourselves we can then engage in the good fight of being authentic, connecting with others and making our lives and the world a better place.
