I believe healing is within everyone.
With a former career in geography and cartography, I approach therapy as a creative and dynamic mapping process. I take a heart-centered, body-mind approach to therapy that is geared towards each individual. I specialize in the treatment of trauma, anxiety, depression, eating disorders, grief and bereavement.
I am a first-generation Asian American who immigrated from colonial Hong Kong, and passionate about supporting the Asian American community to decolonize mental health and heal racial/intergenerational trauma. Some of the lasting impacts of racism and colonialism are the erasure of one’s identity, language, tradition, and cultural roots that alter one’s identity and a sense of belonging. It is my hope to help you find home, safety, and belonging within you!
