If you are feeling anxious, stressed, or down, know that you are not alone. I understand that stressors and transitions can easily become overwhelming, and I will help you address the emotions brought on during challenging times. Together we can take steady steps towards therapeutic change. I bring my training, compassion, authenticity, and sense of humor to meet you where you are.
My identity as a Queer person informs my approach to psychotherapy and is foundational to my desire to create inclusive and safe spaces for others. I have particular interest in helping LGBTQ+ folks address unique challenges often complicated by societal expectations, multiple roles, and life cycle changes.
I hope to get to know you and offer support soon!
