I am a licensed clinical psychologist interested in hearing people’s stories, understanding what drives human behavior, and being a part of effecting important change for those seeking it. I work with adult individuals and couples from an interpersonal frame of reference and use models of psychotherapy that are attachment-based and emotion-focused. The therapy relationship not only provides objective reflection and a sounding board for issues, but itself can be healing as clients become more aware of how they operate in relationships and explore healthier ways of connecting.
