Description
My approach to counselling is anti-oppressive. I recognize that mental healthcare is connected to individual experience as well as the collective. I care deeply about equitable access to mental healthcare for all. I strive to bring compassion, creativity, and healing to the therapeutic space. My background is in community care, counselling individuals, families, and youth.
