As a psychotherapist and expressive arts therapist, I’ve helped hundreds of people get through some of the most difficult times in their lives and find their way to hope and change. My approach is warm, collaborative, and creative. Together we’ll look at the early roots of your life challenges, and as well as your present moment experience and the wisdom of your body, to find our way toward your healing and transformation. I think outside the box as a therapist to find what actually works.
