I am a psychotherapist practicing in California, Massachusetts, New Jersey, and Florida. I have training in AEDP, Somatic Experiencing, and Internal Family Systems, and I draw on each of these wonderful approaches to practice an experientially focused psychotherapy. I work with people from a variety of backgrounds who are facing a diverse life challenges, but some of my areas of focus include STEM workers and people of color, including Asian Americans. If you are not sure whether your particular challenge can be met by me, I encourage you to reach out and I can give you an honest assessment of whether I think I am a good fit.
Before becoming a therapist, I was an investment banker and investor, and I changed careers in order to more directly impact others in a positive way.
