I work with adults and prioritize working with people of color, queer folks, people of immigrant experience, and college students. I am especially passionate about working with people who are hoping to heal relational trauma and move toward forming strong, nourishing relationships with themselves and others. In addition to AEDP, my therapeutic approach is informed by an unwavering commitment to anti-oppressive frameworks, my mindfulness and meditation practice, and my ongoing study of relational and somatic theories and techniques.
