I have a profound respect for the courage it can take for someone to pursue therapy, and my goal is to help you unpack your story and discover new ways to create meaningful change, have better relationships, and generally feel better.
Through my work I am deeply committed to an anti-racist and anti-oppressive framework that seeks to understand how environments, relationships, and circumstances shape your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors.
Depending on where you are and what you want to better understand or change in your life, our work together will at times be reflective, creative, and/or action-oriented. We may explore areas of your past that inform who you are today, but we’ll also look for present-day solutions to help minimize suffering and increase joy.
When you’re ready, please feel free to get in touch, and let’s explore whether I might be a good fit for you.
