I provide therapy to individuals, couples, and families in Oregon and Washington. Currently, I am working on completion of Level II AEDP training. I have training and experience in many evidence-based therapies, and believe AEDP to be one of the most impactful and healing approaches. I am a very curious person, by nature, as well as warm, welcoming, and empathic. I believe each of us possesses an innate wisdom, even if we are out of practice when it comes to connecting with that inner wisdom. I believe that knowing ourselves in connection with others is a key to personal transformation, security within ourselves and in relationship with others.
