I work with adults of all ages who are experiencing depression, anxiety, life transitions, and relationship patterns that are no longer serving them. I work virtually with clients throughout New York, California, and Colorado.
My clients are wise, intuitive, and kind. They are helpers, friends, parents, therapists, and deeply feeling people who are longing to clear out stuck emotions and stored trauma and shift out of old conditioning in order to experience life from a more grounded, integrated, and expansive place inside themselves. In addition to AEDP, I have training in IFS, EMDR, Polyvagal Theory, Somatic Therapy and affective neuroscience and I am a lifelong learner, always seeking to deepen my skills. I am passionate about co-creating safety with my clients and showing up in a way that helps others to feel deeply seen, held, and accompanied through this tender and transformative inner work.
We are wounded in relationship, and we can heal in relationship. This is something that has changed my life as a client in my own AEDP therapy and I am honored everyday that I get to show up and do this work with others in a way that feels so true to who I am and how I believe we are meant to relate.
