Having taken my first AEDP training while still in school, I became an AEDP therapist as I became a therapist - it's in my blood! As a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, I provide psychotherapy services for adults and couples. My specialties include: end of life and grief support for individuals, couples and families, individual and couples therapy, support through life transitions, substance abuse recovery, and trauma recovery.
I feel incredibly privileged to work with the people who put themselves in my care. When I shut off the lights in my office on Friday, I go home with my body tired, but my heart full. And, when I get up on Monday morning, I count my blessings that I get to spend my week doing what I love!
