I welcome adults and teens into my private practice and work with individuals, couples, and families. I have experience addressing anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, trauma (including sexual abuse), chronic illness, grief, substance use, parenting, family conflict, and decision making around major life transitions, among other topics. With a caring, collaborative, and direct approach, I combine elements of AEDP, psychodynamic psychotherapy, humanistic psychology, mindfulness, and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) to help my clients meet their goals. It is an honor to do this work and I meet each client with openness and a strong belief in the transformative power of the therapeutic relationship.
