I am a mother, wife, sister, daughter, friend and fellow human being residing in the world. I live with the trust in the power of self-reflection and understanding, connection with others, and intentionality to engage in a life full of purpose and meaning, even in the midst of tension and uncertainty. My belief is that it is these elements, in addition to caring for and loving one’s self and others, that provide for and ensure the strength and sustainability of healthy relationships and community.
My pleasures in life are spending time with family and friends, my beloved dog Bentley, reading, traveling, writing, good food and being in nature.
Additionally, I hold a graduate degree (MA) in Counseling from Colorado Christian University, and I am currently Level 2 certified in Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy (AEDP).
