Yasmin takes a client-centered approach to therapy and realizes that individuals should be a part of their own therapeutic journey. Yasmin has experience working with diverse populations and her interests include working with those experiencing anxiety, depression, quarter-life crises, racial identity crises, and women's issues. Yasmin works to ensure that her clients feel heard, safe, and motivated while exploring emotions in session.
Yasmin has worked with individuals and families experiencing trauma, anxiety, and depression. She uses components from modalities such as Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive-Behavioral, Relational, and Feminist therapy.
Yasmin welcomes all individuals and acknowledges the importance of therapy being in both a safe and judgement free zone.
