The decision to become a psychotherapist came to me in mid-life, born out of my own need for support and guidance. Reflecting back, I realize how accurately Helen Gurley Brown's truism, my insecurities have gotten me everywhere, reflects my personal journey. After raising five children and being a working mother and wife, my passion turned to exploring a career in psychotherapy as a vehicle for expanding life giving connections with others.
