I have been in practice as a therapist since 1979. My model is holistic and integrative. I consider therapy to be a whole-person experience. I have been trained in depth in the following models of therapy: Psychodynamic-developmental, somatic psychotherapy, infant-parent, Somatic Experiencing trauma work (SEP), AEDP Level II. I was a program director and university faculty member for 15years teaching human development, child therapy, theories and techniques of psychotherapy and other courses. As a therapist my specializations include parenting, developmental and physical trauma, attachment and relational issues, loss and grief, life transitions. My practice includes adults, adolescents and children. I work with a mixture of support and appropriate challenge with the aim of increasing the client's self understanding and the life change that facilitates the maximal potential of the client.
