In my personal life, I have experienced and witnessed the strength and freedom that emerges from embracing life’s greatest challenges. Sometimes facing these challenges alone can be daunting. I will be with you as you look at whatever is troubling you. Together, we will help you deepen your understanding of yourself, access and build your core strengths, so you can heal and thrive.
To achieve this change, my training, which also includes AF-EMDR, has taught me that simply talking about feelings doesn’t transform them. For change to occur, the feelings must be experienced and understood at visceral levels. I know how to help clients delve into the emotional parts of their brain where this change is made. The whole experience is then processed in the cognitive brain, causing a permanent, positive shift.
