Kate Powers, MHC-LP is a psychotherapist offering individual counseling with adults and adolescents age 13+ in person in the Ithaca, NY area and remotely for New York State residents. She graduated in 2023 from New York University Steinhardt School of Culture, Education, and Human Development. Kate has been practicing under the supervision of Celeste Froehlich, LCSW-R since March 2022. She also has studied closely with AEDP Faculty, Kate Halliday, and assisted for her in AEDP trainings. Specialties include anxiety, life transitions, trauma, relationship patterns, depression, and LGBTQ+ concerns.
