I have a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and work primarily with adults aged 18+. I work as an ally with my clients providing a safe and healing environment where clients can achieve healing from anxiety, depression, substance abuse, and trauma. My approach is to develop a strong therapeutic relationship with clients allowing them to explore core emotional and somatic experiences thereby achieving transformation into a richer, fuller, more confident expression of self.
