My name is Jane Schunke, a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC #18628). I take an integrative approach when working with individuals, couples and children. Working primarily from a person-centred, existential perspective, I provide a safe, empathetic space in which to welcome and explore fully the emotions that we hold within. Through a lens of kindness, compassion and humour, I am honoured to work collaboratively with you on your path to healing, as we navigate life’s challenges together.
Areas of focus include and are not limited to depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, loss, eating disorders and relationship issues.
