approach of somatic, emotion based and experiential
psychodynamic (AEDP,ISP, IPNB). In addition, she specialises in emotional intelligence and
mindfulness practices. Dr. Pavneeta advocates for a holistic therapeutic method,
prioritizing the integration of emotions and bodywork in the healing journey. Her
private practice and affiliation with a counselling center allow her to offer
comprehensive support to her clients. She conducts workshops on emotional
intelligence and well-being curated for diverse audience, including young
adults, educators, parents, and professionals.
