I am a relational, experiential, & somatic psychotherapist in Seattle, WA serving individual children (5+), adolescents, and adults. I specialize in mood disorders, anxiety disorders, trauma and substance abuse. My practice draws from a range of modalities: AEDP, ISF, EMDR, Compassionate Inquiry and Sensorimotor Psychotherapy.
Prior to becoming a therapist, I worked in treatment and prevention of substance abuse in middle school settings; prior to that, I mentored early childhood care providers in providing attachment based care.
I am the mother of 3 young men, one of whom is autistic; they continue to drive my ambition to lesson suffering in the world every day.
