I am a licensed clinical psychologist who has advanced training in a number of modalities including experiential and dynamic psychotherapy, somatic psychotherapy, emotionally focused therapies, yoga therapy, coaching, and more. I draw upon an integrative perspective that combines interpersonal neurobiology with clinically informed practices to help clients grow and reduce their suffering.
