Dr. Diana Weiss-Wisdom, a Licensed Psychologist for over twenty-nine years, has developed a solid tool kit and methodology for assisting people in achieving the best quality of life or relationship that they are seeking. Her approach is tailored to your specific needs and situation.
Dr. Diana uses a combination of Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy, Positive and Energy psychology, and psychological assessment tools.
Hold Me Tight Couples Workshops are held at the Cottage Clinic two to four times a year. The Cottage Clinic (Dr. Diana's office) is a 2400 foot ranch style house with plenty of space inside and outside. There is a large classroom/conference room, where the presentations for the workshop are held. Then there are five additional rooms for couples to have their conversations in private. There are also chairs set up outside, so you and your partner can sit under a tree, surrounded by nature while you have your private couples exercises.
