Jesse Wretlind, MA, LPC, NCC, is IFS informed and trained in EMDR, brainspotting, and Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy (AEDP). Utilizing an emotionally focused and relational approach to psychotherapy, Jesse is committed to creating spaces for her clients to be fully seen, understood and held with compassion. She believes psychotherapy can be a tool for healing trauma and attachment wounds. Jesse received her Master of Counseling and Human Services from the University of Colorado Colorado Springs in 2016 and is in private practice.
