I am a licensed counselor in Oregon and Washington State. I specialize in helping clients who are struggling with disordered eating, eating disorders, over-exercising, and body image issues. In addition, my practice also involves assisting clients struggling with attachment and trauma wounds. All practices come from a body respect, Intuitive Eating and Health At Every Size perspective. While I am not working you will find me hanging out with my husband, two young children, Lucy and Matthew, our dog Lucky and friends and family. My passion for helping clients heal from these types of struggles stems from the fact that I, like countless others, have struggled with food, exercise and attachment wounds. As a result, I have both a personal and professional insight in this area.
