I am a bilingual (English/Mandarin) psychotherapist working with adults around trauma, attachment and relational patterns, anxiety, depression, identity, and life transitions. My clinical approach is grounded in AEDP, with additional integration of EMDR, mindfulness, and trauma-informed experiential work. I have completed AEDP Immersion and Essential Skills training and am an EMDRIA Certified EMDR Therapist. I have a particular interest in working with Asian, Asian American, immigrant, and multicultural clients, and in exploring how attachment, culture, and migration experiences shape the sense of self and relationships.
