I tailor my therapeutic approach to the unique needs of each client. In my work with individuals, I especially value my training in Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy (AEDP), which emphasizes the transformative power of relational safety and the opportunity to process emotions in new ways that foster meaningful, lasting growth. I also draw from my training in Person-Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing, thoughtfully integrating these approaches as they best support each client's needs and goals. In my work with couples and families, I draw heavily on Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), an approach in which I am certified for couples counseling.

My personal worldview is shaped by historic Christian beliefs, though I genuinely enjoy working with people from a wide range of backgrounds, beliefs, and perspectives. I deeply value creating a therapeutic relationship where clients feel safe, respected, and known as they are, and where all aspects of their experience can be welcomed and explored, including matters of faith and spirituality when meaningful to them.

AEDP Level 2

Fees & Insurance: $180 per session (55 minutes). Payment is due at the time of service. I am an out-of-network provider with all insurance plans but can provide a superbill upon request for clients seeking possible out-of-network reimbursement. Reimbursement depends on your individual insurance benefits.
