I’m a psychotherapist in private practice in Oakland, California, and a Senior Faculty member of the AEDP Institute. I began my career studying at Princeton University and NYU (JD/MBA), and later earned my MA in Counseling Psychology from the California Institute of Integral Studies. From the moment I attended my first AEDP Immersion, I felt deeply moved by the model—especially its invitation to be authentic and to bring my whole self into the therapeutic relationship in service of healing and transformation.

In my work, I’m especially interested in supporting therapists working with dysregulated and underregulated clients. I’ve been developing AEDP-informed theory and interventions in this area and have had the opportunity to share this work through presentations and teaching within the AEDP community. I also served for 10 years as Co-Director of the AEDP Research Project, where I collaborated closely with Diana Fosha and Shigeru Iwakabe, and I continue to remain involved in AEDP research to deepen our understanding of the link between theory and practice.

As a supervisor and teacher, I bring both structure and intuition—supporting you in grounding your work in theory while also trusting your instincts and relational presence. I care deeply about creating a space where you can think, feel, and grow—where your questions are welcome and your unique way of practicing can emerge and deepen.
