I am a collaborative psychologist whose work is grounded in attachment-based, relational therapy, particularly Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy (AEDP) and Core Self Reclamation Therapy (CSRT). I help individuals deepen their understanding of themselves, work through painful experiences and longstanding patterns, and cultivate greater self-compassion, emotional freedom, and connection. My approach emphasizes the healing potential of a supportive therapeutic relationship and honors each person’s unique history, strengths, and pace. I also draw on EMDR, mindfulness, and Polyvagal Theory when appropriate to support trauma processing and nervous system regulation. I work with individuals navigating trauma, anxiety, grief, life transitions, relationship challenges, and the complexities of parenting.
