Anna Reyes is a licensed clinical social worker who specializes in helping professional artists and creatives move from chronic self doubt, impostor syndrome, and burnout to feeling worthy, confident, clear, and empowered. Many of her clients have found professional success in creative or artistic industries, but find themselves constantly mired in anxiety, burnout, and chronic stress from the pressure of maintaining the high-performing demands of their craft and career.

Anna invites her clients to develop a deep understanding of their emotions and how they manifest physically, as they often hold inherent wisdom that our thoughts can block or “protect” us from. She allows clients to cultivate trust in their therapeutic alliance, and engages clients with compassion, creativity, humor, and collaboration. Anna's practice is anti-racist, sex positive, gender affirming, and trauma-informed.

Anna has particular interest in serving queer and BIPOC creatives and has extensive experience in healing post-traumatic symptoms, increasing clients' self worth, and helping clients connect to their agency and power. Anna utilizes a relational and somatic approach that prioritizes the body’s (and subsequently the mind’s) innate drive to heal. Many clients appreciate Anna’s thoughtful questions that help them to understand their struggles with more compassion and nuance, and also appreciate her warm and steady presence while traversing difficult emotions.
