Lydia has a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and a certificate in Trauma Therapy from Richmont Graduate University. She has experience working in a mental health hospital as well as community and private practice settings. In the past she has provided individual, family, and group counseling for kids, teens, and adults dealing with trauma, anxiety, depression, ADHD, and anger control problems.
Lydia approaches therapy as a relationship where she walks alongside her clients to find the solutions that best work for them and their unique needs. She utilizes Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy (AEDP) and IFS informed parts work.Lydia is passionate about meeting people where they are, and journeying with them towards healing. She believes that it is important to find hope, and that addressing life’s problems through therapy can be difficult, but also lead to greater freedom and restoration.
