I am a mental health counselor currently practicing in Kuwait. I hold a Master’s degree in Counseling and completed a clinical internship in Ottawa, Canada, supporting refugees and trauma survivors with a strong focus on trauma, attachment, and relational healing.

As a sister, mother, and daughter, my deep sense of empathy is central to how I connect in therapy. I bring warmth, hope, and a deep respect for the full range of human experience. I believe in celebrating resilience rather than pathologizing pain, and in creating a therapeutic space where people feel safe to rediscover their strength, meaning, and capacity for healing.
