I believe that true transformation can only occur when you feel safe, understood, deeply felt, seen and heard. I will always strive to ensure that you feel compassionately held and empowered by supporting you with getting in touch with what is blocking you-fears, hurts, unhelpful thought patterns and behaviours, and unprocessed emotions. I have worked with countless individuals to help them recognize their inherent goodness and claim a sense of internal freedom. I have experience addressing various issues including low self-esteem, grief/loss, anxiety, depression, life transitions and the impacts of childhood abuse / trauma.
