About this AEDP Immersion course:

This AEDP Immersion is for English speaking clinicians interested in AEDP,  Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy. A majority of this course’s participants will be from Israel or Sweden; English will almost always be these participants’ second language. So, for the balance of this Immersion’s participants we are especially inviting participants, from all over the world, who while fluent in English experience it as their second language. And yes, English only participants may also apply and we are likely to include a few!

The focus of every AEDP Immersion is on AEDP’s transformational theory and practice using AEDP work at the edge of healing experience to repair attachment trauma. Making extensive use of clinical videotapes of actual therapy sessions as well as one afternoon of experiential, practical work. The latter is guided by AEDP Experiential Assistants – more experienced AEDPers who act as participants’ supportive guides and mentors as you begin to practice AEDP basics along with other participants.

The aim of the course is to introduce AEDP and facilitate its integration into clinical practices that make use of other experiential, body-focused, trauma-based, relational and/or psychodynamic methods.
